Description
In 1947 Giovanni Taverna starded a small family business near Padova, Northern Italy. Soon he became a contract builder for the most prestigious Italian brands; Colnago, Cinelli, Pinarello, Wilier or F. Moser.
Here is one of these frames hand made by the Taverna family. This frame has been custom made, something Vetta workshop had been well versed in. The geometry is quite standard though with classic proportions. The frame is made of light Columbus tubes and it is a fine one indeed.
It is equipped with Campagnolo Nuovo Record parts.
Condition
Used. The bicycle is in good condition. The frame has no cracks, no dents and is not bent. The paintwork and decals are all original. All parts have been checked and are working fine. The bicycle went through a full checkup at Steel Vintage Bikes workshop! All parts were disassembled, cleaned and re-assembled again. The frame was checked for structural integrity and all wearing parts were replaced with new ones.
