Description: Huret Special Louison Bobet Rear Derailleur 1950s. Here we present a very special piece of equipment. This fantastic derailleur is to be assembled in two cable configuration, where one cable operates the horizontal extension and the other one the vertical extension. It was named after the famous French racing rider Louison Bobet, who won Le Tour de France as a first rider in three successive years (1953, 1954 and 1955). A fantastic piece of cycling history!
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHIFTING CHAIN IS MISSING!
Used. The derailleur is very well preserved, considering its age. Fully functional, the spring is still strong.
