  • Manufacturer: Francesco Moser
  • Size: 55 cm
  • Eroica Approved Bicycle
  • Description:

Francesco Moser, one of the most winning riders ever, started producing bikes under his name in the late 1970s. He had already chosen Ugo De Rosa for his professional frames and so he did when decided to set up his own factory. By 1977, Mr. De Rosa, "The Master" – In the 1974 Giro d'Italia, an estimated 80% of all riders in the peloton rode on bikes which were built by De Rosa – helped Francesco Moser to transform the small workshop of his brother Aldo into a high end frame manufacture and trained other frame builders.

This Francesco Moser dates back to 1977 and is exactly one of the early, rare and superb bicycles manufactured under De Rosa leading. Made of light and sturdy Columbus SL tubes, this bike is in impeccable condition and still has the original paintwork and decals. Regarding the components, this F.Moser is equipped with an original and very rare Campagnolo Super Record 1st generation groupset from 1977.

Completely serviced in our workshop, the bike is ready to ride.

An iconic piece of cycling history. For true connoisseurs. The right choice to enrich any serious collection or to participate in Eroica events.
