  • Manufacturer: Gino Bartali
  • Size: 51 cm
  • Description:
Gino Bartali certainly is one of the most popular figures in cycling history.
Not only because he was delivering spectacular duells with his long-time rival Fausto Coppi, but also due to his character and human greatness.

After leaving the Legnano Team in 1948, he founded his own team: Cicli Bartali.
The bicycles for the racing team and for commercial trade were produced by the brothers Santamaria - good friends of Fausto Coppi - in Novi Ligure until 1955.
After that production was taken over by the Margherita brothers, and starting from 1956 the professional versions were made by Galmozzi.
This is partly due to the fact that the new Pellegrino cycling team was founded, which was then sponsored by Bartali. In the first year, the team consisted of only six riders. Thus you can imagine how rare it is to get hold of one of their team bikes.
And we are really stoked to be able to present one of these bikes!
